LOL! Yea, Hannah wanted her *own* ball, but rarely uses it. I use mine, but not every day. It really helps with stretches and loosening my back and neck up to get me 'til my next appointment! It doesn't take all the pain away, obviously, but definately helps to ease it! :-)
You'll be at Su's wedding??? DV, we're planning to go--we'll be staying long enough for me to recoop before heading back to the *still* frozen tundra! Don has the week before off, and the kids have the week after off for spring break, so between the two, we can swing it, and I can't wait to see everyone and be at Su's wedding!!! :-)

Just noticed the ball in the background. Hannah and I each have one, too! :-) Hannah's is to help with her scoliosis.
Yup, he knows how to celebrate V-day! Ya, I wish I could say we used the ball, hee hee, our intentions to exercise are not very successful!
